  [ ] Close-ups of dents, dings, or splash guards
  [ ] Downspouts and elbows
  [ ] Fascia and drip edge damage
  [ ] Soffit vents and any water staining

COLLATERAL EXTERIOR DAMAGE
  [ ] Siding on all elevations (dents, cracks, holes)
  [ ] Window screens, frames, and glass
  [ ] A/C condenser fins (bent from hail)
  [ ] Garage door panels
  [ ] Wood or metal fencing
  [ ] Patio furniture, grills, mailbox, other soft metals

INTERIOR DAMAGE
  [ ] Ceiling stains, sagging, or bubbling paint (room by room)
  [ ] Attic — daylight through decking, wet insulation, stained rafters
  [ ] Interior walls near exterior corners and windows
  [ ] Flooring under leaks (buckling, staining)

REFERENCE & METADATA
  [ ] Confirm phone/camera date & GPS stamp is enabled
  [ ] One photo of the property address (mailbox / curb)
  [ ] Photo of a shingle wrapper or manufacturer stamp (age/brand)
  [ ] Any prior roof permits or receipts (if available)
